Our client, a minority owned staffing firm is seeking a top performing Senior Key Account Executive to join its growing Healthcare Division. This individual will be tasked in a 'Full Desk' role where you will be responsible for identifying new clients that have full-time/permanent healthcare positions open, recruit top Healthcare talent and deliver them to your client. They're are seeking a 'go-getter' who will take complete ownership of the entire sales life cycle from prospect identification to delivering candidates to your new client. We are looking for a individual contributor who can develop into a proven leader within the Healthcare Division. Job Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a full desk role where you were responsible for bringing in new Healthcare clients and identifying top Healthcare talent to deliver to your clients. Extremely hard worker who understands the importance and urgency of closing business. Results-Oriented. Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills. Desire for personal and professional growth. Job Responsibilities Effectively present the company's healthcare staffing services and solutions to meet client needs, which will involve in-person meetings and presentations with key stakeholders, networking and entertainment events. Prospect new clients, make sales calls, and conduct outreach to identify potential staffing needs for healthcare organizations throughout Texas and more specifically the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas marketplace. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers like hospital administrators, Doctors, HR Managers, and other Healthcare Facility Department Heads. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, manage candidate pipelines, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to source healthcare resources, specifically RN's, LVN's, and CNA's. The ability to effectively manage time, with a balance on business development and recruitment. Maintain accurate records in a CRM/ATS system, track sales, recruiting activities and forecast sales targets on a monthly basis. Follow up with pipeline and placed candidates to grow your professional network within your market. Knowledge with Healthcare Candidate Onboarding, Credentialing and Licensing. Stay current on industry information and best practices. Active pipeline and knowledge on where to source Healthcare Resources. What They Offer Up to $100K base salary + uncapped commission plan.
