passionate team of salespeople with a desire to disrupt the current state of the data center within commercial accounts. We are looking to expand our team to include additional A-players who are looking to bring simplicity and efficiency to a complicated world./ppYour Role/ppBreak into new accounts and expand your customer base using Nutanixs unrivaled support and tools from various departments./ppUtilize a consultative sales approach to understand prospects business issues, provide demonstrations, and create custom sales proposals./ppExceed sales performance goals by addressing the specific business needs of each customer./ppWork collaboratively with employees in the sales function and cross-functional teams to ensure success./ppEffectively manage relationships with partners, driving growth within new accounts and existing customers. Provide regular updates on sales forecast and pipeline information using SFDC or other CRM tools./ppWhat You Will Bring/pp8+ years experience with a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in multiple, continuous years./ppYou are someone with an entrepreneurial spirit with an affinity for collaboration and teamwork./ppYou come with a keen ability to land new accounts and expand your current customers within your assigned territory./ppYou are extremely organized, with deep knowledge of territory planning and strategy./ppYou have an aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as the competitive landscape./ppAbility to communicate with senior managers about their business challenges and Nutanix data management storage solutions./ppYou have strong verbal and written communications skills including presentation skills./ppYou have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience./ppWork Arrangement/ppRemote: This position is primarily remote. There is no specific in-office requirement, however, there may be circumstances where you may be required to come into a local office for a specific purpose, and/or to travel to other locations based on business needs./ppThe pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $245,680 and USD $368,520 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
