A Bit About the Role: Drive day-to-day leasing goals onsite Interacting with prospective residents via phone, e-mail, and in person Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/traits: 3 years of consecutive relevant sales and customer service experience Professional appearance and a winning personality Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to consistently display a positive attitude Eager to work competitively on a team Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week Naturally motivated to reach sales goals No Third Parties
