Drive day-to-day leasing/sales goals onsite Interacting with prospective residents via phone, email, and in person Conducting tours, diligently pursuing the close of each sale Performing follow ups, and completing leasing paperwork with prospective residents Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/traits: Professional appearance and a winning personality Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to consistently display a positive attitude Eager to work competitively on a team Strong organizational skills and a proven sales track record Willing to work weekends and have days off during the week At least 2 years of relevant sales and customer service experience No third parties
