We need your talent and expertise./ppThe primary function of this position is to work autonomously or in collaboration with the personal lines team to generate accurate endorsements, evidences of insurance, timely response to clients and any third parties for client related actions. This position is critical to the success of our Personal Lines Servicing Unit. The clients perception of our overall level of service is partly based on these job functions. Accuracy and attention to detail is a requirement along with following agency workflows and standard procedures./ph3Duties/Activities/h3ulliWork in conjunction with the team to meet time sensitive goals set forth by the Account Managers and the Personal Lines Manager/liliMaintain client activity in the agency automation system and keep open Suspense items up to date/liliTimely response for client related activity/liliComplete endorsement quotes, accurate issuance of endorsements and follow up for verification of completion/liliComplete evidences of insurance and insurance ID cards for auto and home mortgagee changes/liliRemain current on coverages, forms, and company rating tools to effectively support the account managers in a timely and accurate manner/liliParticipate in further education when requested/liliBack up reception desk for as needed/liliAssume other job responsibilities as required/li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliAgency Personal Lines experience/liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills/liliProperty and Casualty license/liliAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment/liliAbility to work well with others/li/ulh3Desired Qualifications/h3ulliAMS360 management system experience/liliWorking knowledge of management and quoting systems for company partners that Advocate Brokerage Corp. represents/liliWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the internet/li/ul/div
