On a scale of 1 to 10, we strive for an 11!/ppWhat Youll Be Doing:/pulliPerform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals./liliGreet, interact with, and qualify prospective residents./liliInitiate the process to screen prospective residents./liliSecure lease agreements./liliConduct community tours, show apartment homes, and process applications./liliFollow up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction in finalizing leasing decisions./liliRespond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions, and partner with the appropriate office or maintenance team members to resolve their concerns./liliCommunicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals./liliEnsure physically appealing models/amenities./liliAssist with property marketing activities and resident events./liliTravel to different sites requiring assistance./liliMay perform other duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation and Qualifications:/pulli1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing is required./liliKnowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local level is preferred./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally./liliProficient in using basic computer skills and technology, including previous experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and tools./liliHigh school diploma/GED required, a Bachelors degree is a plus./liliBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus./liliAbility to travel between the two properties on a regular basis./liliMust be able to work on-site. This position is not eligible for remote work./li/ulpCompensation:/pulliThe hourly compensation range for this position is $20.00 to $23.00./liliIn addition to the base pay, this role offers exciting opportunities for performance-driven bonuses.
