Were on the lookout for a dynamic individual who not only thrives on meaningful interactions but also possesses an innate gift for salesmanship and an unwavering commitment to unparalleled customer service./ph3What Youll Be Doing/h3pPerform all sales and leasing activities to achieve community revenue and occupancy goals./ppGreet, interact with, and qualify prospective residents./ppInitiate the process to screen prospective residents./ppSecure lease agreements./ppConduct community tours, show apartment homes, and process applications./ppFollow up with future and new residents to ensure satisfaction in finalizing leasing decisions./ppRespond quickly and courteously to resident concerns and questions, and partner with the appropriate office or maintenance team members to resolve their concerns./ppCommunicate lease expirations and facilitate lease renewals./ppEnsure physically appealing models/amenities./ppAssist with property marketing activities and resident events./ppTravel to different sites requiring assistance./ppMay perform other duties as assigned./ph3Education and Qualifications/h3p1 year of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, and/or leasing is required./ppKnowledge of apartment management laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local level is preferred./ppExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally./ppProficient in using basic computer skills and technology, including previous experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems and tools./ppHigh school diploma/GED required, a Bachelors degree is a plus./ppBilingual in English and Spanish is a plus./ppMust be able to work on-site. This position is not eligible for remote work./ph3Compensation/h3pThe hourly compensation range for this position is $20 per hour.
