The Inside Sales Representative sells medical, industrial, and specialty gases, as well as welding equipment, hard goods, and tools to customers. This role involves responding to inquiries and concerns from walk-in and call-in customers, providing warehouse support, and collaborating closely with Account Managers to serve customers effectively./ppIn particular, you will:/pulliSell industrial gases, welding equipment, power, and hand tools to customers./liliOperate the cash register and enter sales data into the computer system./liliResearch information for customers using the computer system./liliStock inventory and maintain showroom displays./liliDevelop and maintain customer relationships./liliProvide support for field sales representatives./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred./liliMinimum two (2) years of customer service and/or sales experience./liliBilingual in Spanish (fluent in speaking, writing, and reading) strongly preferred./liliProficiency in Microsoft/Google applications./liliAbility to accurately handle cash transactions./liliAbility to routinely lift 25

75 lbs. and occasionally lift 76 to greater than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment./liliAdherence to Airgas safety programs, OSHA, and all related rules, regulations, and procedures applicable to this positions responsibilities./li/ulpPreferred Qualifications:/pulliForklift Certification or ability to become forklift certified./liliKnowledge of welding, gases, industrial, safety supply sales preferred./li/ulpBenefits:/ppWe care about and support all Airgas associates.
