Youre responsible for creating a super Norm Reeves location service experience for our guests and using your communication skills to build the bridge between guests and technicians./ppstrongWhat Youll Do:/strong/pulliGreet guests as they arrive in the Service drive/liliCommunicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle/liliOffer solutions and added services to guests/liliPrepare detailed repair orders after initial inspection with exact instructions, making special note of primary concern(s) from the guest/liliProvide timely follow-up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes/liliAnalyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score/liliProcess monetary transactions/li/ulpstrongWhat Youll Need:/strong/pulliPrevious experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership setting/liliA valid drivers license and acceptable driving record/liliCreative, positive, team player attitude/liliAbility to analyze situations and make win-win business decisions/liliHonesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills/liliLeadership skills in team-based and independent settings/li/ulpstrongWhat We Offer:/strong/pulliUnlock Your Potential
