We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales & Marketing Executive to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is passionate about helping people find the right vehicle, and is driven to build lasting customer relationships. This role combines both outbound (lead generation, follow-up) and inbound (walk-ins, web leads, customer inquiries) sales efforts. If you enjoy working with people, learning about vehicles, and closing deals, and have the confidence to represent our dealership with professionalism, you may thrive in this position. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage prospective customers, whether walk-ins, web inquiries, phone calls, or texts, providing a welcoming, helpful, and professional experience. Understand each customer's needs and preferences, recommend vehicles accordingly, and guide them through the selection process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership's inventory (features, pricing, condition, financing/ trade-in options). Conduct and guide customers on test drives, highlighting features and advantages of vehicles. Present and explain financing options, warranties, and any additional offerings (as applicable). Follow up with prospects and leads (outbound calls/ texts/ emails) to nurture leads, answer questions, and convert interest into sales. Negotiate with customers to achieve fair and mutually beneficial sale agreements, while working toward monthly/quarterly sales targets. Prepare sales paperwork, complete all required documentation, and coordinate vehicle delivery or hand-off once sale is complete. Uphold the dealership's values of transparency, honesty, and customer satisfaction, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free buying experience. Provide excellent after-sales support where needed (e.g., answering follow-up questions, assisting with paperwork or financing, encouraging reviews/referrals). Required Qualifications & Competencies: Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers. High energy, confidence, persistence, and a positive, professional attitude. Strong self-motivation, goal orientation, and ability to work independently. Comfort with learning about car models, features, pricing, financing, and sales/marketing processes. Ability to handle inbound and outbound contacts, phone calls, text messages, online leads. Commitment to meet and exceed sales targets consistently. Preferred Qualifications (but not required): Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or related customer-facing sales roles. Familiarity with used-car retail, financing, trade-in processes --- helpful but not essential. Basic knowledge of vehicle features, maintenance, or automotive terminology (or willingness to learn quickly).
