Inside Sales Representative
Medtronic is seeking experienced, dynamic Inside Sales Representatives to convert and close new and existing patient leads by applying best-in-class phone sales/service skills, effective time/lead management, and product knowledge to address and alleviate patient concerns. Responsibilities will include engaging with patients who have entered the sales cycle via digital campaigns or inbound calls. The Inside Sales team contributes to the success of the Diabetes US Sales Organization by executing a number of sales activities such as nurturing leads, outbound calls, responding to inbound patient calls, closing customer orders in a timely fashion while ensuring a quality customer experience. Our Inside Sales team members work closely with our field sales team to drive sales activities tied to Medtronic Diabetes portfolio of products. This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Telephonically sell Medtronic's product portfolio to retain existing customers Work to achieve individual sales targets within the Diabetes product portfolio by quickly following up on leads generated through Medtronic's marketing and sales efforts. Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate. Assist the field sales team in the planning and execution of sales activities Set up patient accounts and document sales activities Identify roadblocks and opportunities to improve the inside sales process. Deliver a minimum of 30 outbound phone calls per day Location: On-site in San Antonio, TX at 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TX 78257. Hours: Monday-Friday; 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Pay: Set rate of $21.00 per hour plus a sales incentive bonus that could earn you an additional $15,000 per year or more! Training: Paid training will begin on February 9, 2026. High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 6+ years experience* OR Associate's Degree AND 4+ years experience* OR Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience* *Relevant sales or customer support experience from any industry, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences.
