Account Executive

The Account Executive is responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales, and working closely with production and design teams. This position supports the Wholesale business. The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site. Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts Work closely with Private Brands teams and internal design teams from product creation to commercialization Manage the process, timelines and customer needs both externally and internally Manage daily communication/customer service with first cost accounts Manage customer line sheets and customer specific PLM systems Analyze sales and market trends to identify growth opportunities Strong analysis of retail sales to drive opportunities Work closely with first cost production teams on costing & order management Sample Management Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed Perform other duties and special projects as assigned Specific Job Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Footwear & Private Brands experience preferred Sales Experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated with strong follow-up and completion skills Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. This is driven by the ability to effectively prioritize tasks based upon the degree of urgency Willing to take initiative and exercise strong problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 - $90,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
