Account Development Representative

Reviews list and solicits dental offices in-person to generate new business in assigned geographic territory based on lead list provided./liliMaintains a consistent high level of prospecting activity in order to achieve or exceed daily, weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI)./liliNetworks with existing customers, in-person and via phone, to cross-sell and/or upsell products, understand customer needs, concerns, and/or requirements regarding cases; conveys information to lab to provide better quality service./liliBuilds and maintains strong customer relationships through calls and visits, understands needs, offers solutions, shares feedback with the lab, and ensures satisfaction to support retention and growth./liliNetworks with existing customers, in-person and via phone, to cross-sell and/or upsell products./liliMaintains strong knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions, using technical expertise and sales strategies to present solutions, communicate updates, and support customers with treatment and restorative options./liliEnsures databases are current and updated with accurate information such as customer name and full address, individual dentist name (if applicable), pick-up/drop-off times, dates of canvassing efforts, anticipated route for given workday./liliPrepares and maintains sample boxes and marketing materials, ensuring catalogs, price guides, and company resources are clean, organized, and up to date for customer distribution./liliMaintains cleanliness of company vehicle, both exterior and interior; washes, waxes, and vacuums./liliMaintains credit card receipts throughout month; reports and reconciles receipts with Accounting at end of month./liliPicks-up and delivers dental cases as needed or in conjunction with a sales call./liliPerforms other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management./li/ulpstrongEducation and Experience:/strong/pulliHigh School diploma or equivalent./liliMinimum one (1) year of experience in field sales, dental sales preferred not required./liliPrevious sales experience required./liliValid Drivers License, position requires 90% travel./li/ulpPay Range: $46,300 -$60,000/yr + incentive uncapped bonus plan/ppCrown World embraces innovative digital processes and specialize in the production of esthetic, all-ceramic restorations such as BruxZir Solid Zirconia crowns
