Heres where you come in.../ppWe are looking to hire an Account Executive who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. Account Executives will communicate with prospects and customers, understand their individual needs, and find the best fit between the customer and product. To be successful, Account Executives will have strong communication and computer skills, be organized, and excited about the challenges that come with an outbound sales role. You have to be that rare individual that both loves working with technology and loves talking to customers -- youll need to do both every day./ph2Key Responsibilities/h2olliBuild relationships with prospects by learning about their business needs/liliDemonstrate the value of Cross Screen Medias products to prospective customers/liliHelp to build a strong relationship between external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience/liliStay well-versed on Cross Screen Medias products and how it relates industry trends/liliGather customer feedback and communicate that feedback in product development meetings/liliTrack contacts, activities, and keep record of sales in Salesforce.com/liliWork to maximize sales and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets/liliAble to close new customers!/li/olh2Experience/h2ulli2-3 years of sales experience-SaaS background is a plus!/liliBachelors degree in business, marketing or related field/liliProven experience as an Account Executive, or experience in sales/customer service roles/liliStrong professional communication and interpersonal skills/liliHave the drive and energy to manage multiple customer accounts while looking for new opportunities/liliAbility to prioritize, multi-task and perform effectively under pressure/liliStrong time management skills/liliHighly analytical, using data-driven thinking/liliExperience with Salesforce or other CRM software/li/ulh2What We Offer/h2ulliCompetitive pay with uncapped commission plan/liliCollaborative and creative atmosphere/liliInspired leadership/liliCareer advancement opportunities/liliRecognition and reward for outstanding performance/liliMedical, Dental
