Our software automates the hardest parts of the process, including venue sourcing and vendor negotiations, making it faster and more seamless for teams to meet up in real life. We've already delivered world-class events for global leaders like Google and Amazon, and we are just getting started. The Role As a Founding Mid-Market AE, you will be a cornerstone of our go-to-market team. This is a rare opportunity to close larger deals while simultaneously shaping our enterprise sales motion from the ground up. You will navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments and partner directly with our founders and product team to define what world-class mid-market sales looks like at our company. What You'll Do: Own the Full Cycle: Lead larger, complex deals ranging from $50K to $200K ACV from initial outreach to close. Strategic Navigation: Manage longer sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, procurement teams, and complex contract negotiations. Consultative Selling: Run strategic discovery and multi-threaded demos that focus on deep customer business outcomes. Build the Playbook: Partner with founders to refine our mid-market go-to-market strategy, pipeline management, and deal processes. Voice of the Customer: Influence the product roadmap by bringing enterprise-level feedback directly to our product and engineering teams.
