The Yard Lead will help maintain yard organization while ensuring compliance to safety policies./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliAssist the Plant Manager in performing all tasks necessary to ensure that all vehicles and drivers are safe and in compliance with all legal and regulatory agencies/liliMaintain the yard in an orderly fashion/liliEnsure all product is stored in correct location and dunnage is properly placed/liliSchedule workload and coordinate daily delivery schedules based on sales request for product and product availability/liliVerify all loads are loaded and dunnage is properly placed/liliVerify all erection materials are shipped to the jobsites as required/liliWork closely with the production to the team to determine items ready for delivery/liliOperating heavy equipment as needed/liliCoordinate with the warehouse personnel on receiving items/liliConduct daily cycle counts of inventory and OPC items/liliAssist in locating items in the yard/liliOther responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed/li/ulh3Job Requirements/h3ulliMinimum high school diploma or equivalent/lili3 or more years of experience in a related industry preferred/liliAbility to operate a forklift/liliComputer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook/liliAbility to work under limited supervision/liliGood attendance and positive attitude a must/liliAbility to lift up to 40 lbs periodically throughout the day/li/ulh3What CRH Offers You/h3ulliHighly competitive base pay/liliComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs/liliGroup retirement savings program/liliHealth and wellness programs/liliAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion/li/ulh3About CRH/h3pCRH has a long and proud heritage.
