With our network of more than 80 manufacturing facilities and more than 4,000 employees, were leading the industry with innovation and a safety-first mindset./ph3Job Summary/h3pTorrent Resources is looking for an Outside Sales Representative (O.S.R) that will develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with current and potential customers, while meeting or exceeding sales targets. The O.S.R. will spend 90% of their time working with residential homebuilders, commercial developers, and general contractors to develop relationships, create stormwater maintenance specifications, respond to existing specifications, and deliver quality proposals to close business while supporting Oldcastle Infrastructure. The O.S.R. will develop both short and long-term sales strategies while executing sales plans to increase the regions volume and profit margins with target customers./ph3Job Location/h3pThis position is hybrid and will be located at our facility in Phoenix, AZ./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop strategies and executable tactics to ensure the attainment of company sales goals and profitability in key markets and accounts./liliDeliver specific revenue volumes/liliDevelop specific action plans to achieve short and long-term goals for existing clients and new prospects./liliConduct in-depth analysis of customer profiles, sustainable value creation opportunities, competitor capabilities, and both historical and future demand forecasts./liliDevelop and maintain relationships within the homebuilder, commercial developer, and general contractor community and leverage these relationships to maintain specifications./liliAct as a resource to the customer throughout the project lifecycle. This could include identifying opportunities, qualifying opportunities, providing basic budget pricing from price lists, identify when additional support resources are needed for the customer, and being an active and valued resource throughout the project lifecycle./liliEnsure all necessary information and documentation is collected and seamlessly handed off to the Inside Sales team to enable accurate and timely quoting./liliWork with estimator and sales engineer on strategic proposals and pricing./liliWork with estimator to ensure all quoting documents required are accurately completed./liliCommunicate with other CRH commercial teams to manage and coordinate sales to customers who overlap markets, as well as to leverage CRH product portfolio across multiple areas./liliActively participate in industry-related associations as required to develop and maintain key networking and business relationships./liliEnsure all CRH products are being considered
