In 2023, Horizon Roofings service department did over 3,000 service calls and inspected over 740 roofs./ppWe want someone who is self-driven and doesnt need to be micromanaged. We want a hunter who wakes up in the morning ready to win. We need someone with commercial roofing experience who already works with property and facility managers and wants to be part of continuing to build on Horizon Roofings success. If you care about the customers first, success will follow for the right person./ph3Job Summary/h3ulliSelf-generating opportunities, prospecting, cold calling, and networking events/liliMarketing your efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing services./liliSet up meetings with possible customers to show off what makes us special./liliScheduled customer office visits as needed; prepared various progress reports for management./liliPerforming roof inspection, providing pricing, budgeting, forecasting, etc./liliArrange work with service management to be completed./liliMeet service crews to review work to be completed and revisit the site to verify the customer is getting what they paid for./li/ulh3Candidate Qualifications/h3ulliPrevious construction or industrial sales experience is required./liliCommercial roofing experience/knowledge is required./liliExperienced roofing estimator with roofing experience is preferred./liliExperience in growing market share./liliAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment./liliMust have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve./liliStrong mathematics and computer skills are essential./liliStrong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities./liliExcellent time management and follow-up skills./li/ulh3Benefits/h3pAt the end of your workday, do you want to feel like you accomplished something?
