Are you a natural communicator who is detail-oriented, organized, and persistent? Do you enjoy solving problems and building relationships? If so, you might be the next person to join our growing team at Encore Fire Protection! We're looking for someone to step into the role of Electrical Inside Sales, where you'll play a key part in helping our customers stay safe and code-compliant by quoting and selling fire alarm system repairs and service contracts. This is a dynamic role that combines technical review, internal collaboration, and customer communicationperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves both people and process. What You'll Do: You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver clear, accurate proposals and help resolve fire alarm deficiencies. You'll be paired with an outside sales executive and serve as a key point of contact for quoting, documentation, and customer follow-up. In this role, you will: Review inspection reports and system documentation to identify deficiencies Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals for fire alarm repairs and services Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to provide updates and answer questions Collaborate with Operations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate documentation and assist with contract renewals and administrative follow-up About 70% of your time will be spent in the office managing these responsibilities. The other 30% will be spent out in the fieldmeeting customers face to face, building relationships, and surveying life safety systems to ensure your quotes and recommendations are accurate and impactful. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is both technically minded and people-oriented, with the drive to learn and grow within the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have: Sales experience, particularly in service-based industries (B2B sales is a plus) Strong attention to detail and time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines Technical curiosityyou don't need to be an expert in fire alarm systems, but you must be ready to learn quickly Computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Willingness to learn platforms like HubSpot and ServiceTrade (prior experience is a bonus) A customer-first mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships Bonus Points If You Have: Experience in fire alarm, sprinkler, or life safety systems Familiarity with quoting software or service management tools Previous experience working in a compliance-driven or construction-related industry What We Offer: At Encore, we're hyper-focused on building a culture that thrives on success and is energized by the fact that we get to make people's lives safer every day.
