We're looking for someone to step into the role of Service Inside Sales, where you'll help our customers stay safe and code-compliant by quoting and selling fire sprinkler system repairs and service contracts. This role blends technical review, internal collaboration, and customer communicationperfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with both people and process. What You'll Do: You'll work closely with both customers and internal teams to deliver clear, accurate proposals and help resolve fire sprinkler deficiencies. You'll be paired with an outside sales executive and serve as a key point of contact for quoting, documentation, and customer follow-up. In this role, you will: Review inspection reports and deficiency documentation to identify required repairs for fire sprinkler systems Prepare and send quotes and proposals for sprinkler service work and recurring maintenance contracts Communicate with customers by phone and email to provide updates, clarify scope, and answer questions Partner with Operations and other departments to ensure a smooth handoff and seamless service delivery Track contract renewals, maintain accurate records, and assist with follow-ups and documentation About 70% of your time will be spent in the office managing these responsibilities. The other 30% will be spent in the fieldmeeting customers face-to-face, building rapport, and surveying sprinkler systems to ensure your recommendations are accurate and tailored to their needs. What We're Looking For: We're seeking someone who is technically curious and customer-focused, with the drive to learn and grow within the fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have: Sales or estimating experience, ideally in a service-oriented or construction-related field Strong attention to detail and time management skills to juggle multiple deadlines Technical curiosityyou don't need to be a sprinkler expert, but you should be ready to dive in and learn Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Willingness to learn platforms like ServiceTrade and HubSpot (prior experience is a plus) A proactive, customer-first approach and the ability to build lasting relationships Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with fire sprinkler systems, life safety, or related trades Familiarity with quoting software or service management platforms Previous experience in a compliance-driven or facilities-related environment What We Offer: At Encore, we're hyper-focused on building a culture that thrives on success and is energized by the fact that we get to make people's lives safer every day.
