We have an amazing Leasing Consultant opportunity available with our Arbors of Grandview Apartments in Grandview, MO. Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER! Location: Arbors of Grandview Apartments 6731 East 119th St Grandview, MO 64030 Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturdays as needed Responsibilities: -Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants -Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities -Lease vacant apartments to new residents -Renew leasing contracts with existing residents -Create and facilitate all leasing documentation and contracts -Assist property team with marketing efforts -Participate in community outreach for brand awareness -Fostering and maintaining relationships with on-site residents What We Need From You: -High school diploma or equivalent -6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service -Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Exceptional organizational skills What We Offer You: Competitive pay based on experience ($16-$17 hourly!)
