Eden Park Apartments is expanding our team! As our 324-unit apartment community continues to grow, we are actively hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in apartment leasing and property management with a stable, fast-growing company. Location: 6455 Zane Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM6:00 PM + rotating Saturdays 10:00 AM4:00 PM Pay: $18$19 per hour + leasing commissions What You'll Do: Lease apartments and provide tours to prospective residents Deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process Process applications and lease paperwork accurately Support marketing efforts and maintain strong occupancy Build positive relationships with current and future residents What We're Looking For: Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using computers and learning new systems Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Willing to complete required online training Pay & Benefits: $18$19/hour + leasing commissions Annual performance raises (up to 5%) $500$1,000 employee referral bonuses Affordable medical & dental insurance (starting around $45/month
