As an outside sales (door-to-door) representative for NOVOS FiBER, you will be the face of our brand, working directly with potential customers within assigned territories, to raise awareness, demonstrate the benefits of our services and ultimately convert prospects to customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets. This suits someone who can excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and maintain a positive attitude in stressful and demanding situations./ph3Key responsibilities:/h3ulliConduct door-to-door sales efforts in designated territories to generate new customer leads./liliPresent and promote the benefits and advantages of NOVOS FiBER broadband services, tailoring your approach to meet the specific needs of each potential customer./liliAnswer questions and address concerns about service features, pricing, installation process, and other related inquiries./liliMaintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions, interest levels, and follow-up requirements./liliMeet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively closing deals and managing customer relationships./liliIdentify HOAs within assigned territories and develop relationships in order to build trust within the community and supercharge sales/liliCollaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine sales strategies based on market feedback and performance data./liliParticipate in training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends./liliProvide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive company image at all times./li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliProven experience in outside sales, door-to-door sales, or a similar role is highly preferred./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers./liliSelf-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth./liliAbility to work independently and manage time effectively, with a commitment to daily sales activities and goals./liliKnowledge of broadband services, fiber technology, and the telecommunications industry is a plus./liliHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales-related training is an asset./liliMust have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation./li/ulh3What We Offer:/h3ulliA vibrant, growing, and supportive work environment where innovation and initiative are encouraged./liliCompetitive salary and benefits package - Target OTE of $81,000 with base salary $50,000./liliOpportunities for professional development and growth./liliThe chance to make a significant impact in communities by enhancing connectivity and fostering partnerships./li/ulp$50,000 - $81,000 a year/ppPossible payout of $31,200 is the amount paid based on payment of 80% of the first months ARPU. NOVOS FiBER reserves the right to adjust the payout model based on factors including but not limited to company performance, market dynamics, product changes, and regulatory updates, with a commitment to provide a minimum of 30 days notice and clear justification for any such changes./p
