Personal Lines Account Manager

Manage and service a personal lines insurance book of business, handling policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, quoting, binding, and re-marketing to ensure optimal coverage and value Deliver exceptional client service, responding promptly to inquiries, issuing ID cards and proof of insurance, assisting with claims, and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships Ensure accuracy, organization, and compliance, maintaining complete client files and adhering to agency and carrier guidelines and procedures Qualifications
Prior experience in personal lines insurance account management preferred Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Additional Information
This job requires presence in the office on a hybrid schedule as agreed with the manager.
