divh2Inside Sales Associate/h2pThe Inside Sales Associate is the linchpin between the studio and our corporate clients - we are looking for someone who can help strengthen current relationships and help build new ones, make decisions, and achieve results./ppCore functions include:/pulliPartner with management to acquire leads and progress them via qualification/liliDrive a variety of leadership development initiatives including list-building and data-mining programs, with the goal of scheduling client appointments/liliParticipate in sales and marketing functions (networking events, studio tours, meet-and-greet events, etc.)/liliManage and utilize proprietary CRM (customer relationship management) system to track calls and meetings with prospective and existing customers/liliManage the entire sales process from telemarketing to estimating and closing deals/liliExecute a strong prospecting approach including audience segmentation, call scripting, and reporting/liliAttend client meetings and entertainment as appropriate. (this position may require the occasional off-hours or weekend commitment)/li/ulpOther required skills include:/pulliSales curious (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)/liliStrong communication and listening skills/liliThe ability to adapt sales style to a particular customer/liliHighly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality/liliProfessionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll-up sleeves and drive results/li/ulpCompensation:/ppBase Salary: $45,000 - $50,000/year Commission: 5% on all closed revenue (paid when client pays)/ppIdeal candidates will also possess:/pulli1+ years of prior inside sales experience/liliAssociates or Bachelors Degree/li/ul/div
