Sales Engineer
Our client, an industry leader in aerospace solutions, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Sales Engineer, you will be an integral part of the sales department supporting strategic growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong technical background, which will align successfully within the organization. Location: Painesville, Ohio What's the Job? Drive new business growth by promoting the company's products and services to prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the aerospace industry. Travel to customer sites and industry events to expand market presence and secure new opportunities. Deliver tailored technical sales presentations and develop proposals that meet customer needs. Analyze customer requirements, prepare specifications, and recommend design modifications or solutions. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the aerospace industry. Strong understanding of engineering principles and technical sales processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
