In this function, you will represent our three strong brands ABB, Busch-Jaeger Elektro GmbH, and Striebel & John. In a future-proof industry, themes like smart home, energy management, and sustainability are no strangers to you. You are responsible for the order intake/sales budget while adhering to the price guidelines. This includes the organization and planning of measures to increase order intake/sales of new customers and the introduction of new products and systems. You are mainly responsible for: Acquiring customers (defined target groups) for ABB and building or maintaining an intensive customer relationship Developing and ensuring an individual, solution- and value-oriented cooperation between ABB and customers Commercial negotiations and agreements in cooperation at decision-maker level with a focus on growth for the customer and ABB Further developing the customer target group in the technical and marketing competence of our product and system solutions Ensuring the customer's use of ABB software tools/configurators Co-steering condition and bonus agreements Conducting annual meetings, developing and implementing joint regional market activities Implementing digitalization (E-commerce, online tools, online store EGH) Qualifications for the Role
You are an electrician, electrical master, or have a commercial education with a strong technical affinity You have experience in the sales of technical products and systems Expanding the existing network is a matter of course for you Knowledge of the electrical wholesale and electrical installation market in Germany Benefits
