Sr Territory Sales Manager-Wireless
Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and generating demand for Hubbell Wireless solutions with integrators, consultants, and end users. The territory covers the New England area including: Maine, Vermont, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, also New York and New Jersey. The preferred location for an incumbent to reside is Jersey City, NJ. Own your territory: Maximize time and resources to hit sales targets. Customer engagement: Conduct strategic sales calls with distributors, contractors, and end users. Channel enablement: Train distributor teams to sell wireless solutions. Demand generation: Create pull-through with Integrators and end users for Hubbell Wireless products. Present & persuade: Deliver impactful presentations and demos to decision-makers. Relationship building: Develop strong partnerships with distribution and key influencers. Market intelligence: Share insights on new products and competitive trends with leadership. Resource hub: Provide technical details, literature, and cross-reference support. Leadership & expertise: Exhibit strong selling skills, product knowledge, and time management. Sales collaboration: Cross train on Hubbell Premise Solutions to identify Premise opportunities for Hubbell Premise Wiring. Communication skills Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication. Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Active listening Understanding customer needs and pain points. Asking the right questions to uncover opportunities. Relationship building Building trust and long-term partnerships. Networking with decision-makers and influencers. Negotiation & closing Handling objections effectively. Driving deals to closure while maintaining margins. Product & industry knowledge Good understanding of wireless technology solutions. Staying current on trends and competitive offerings. Problem-solving Crafting solutions tailored to customer challenges. Thinking creatively to differentiate offerings. Time & territory management Prioritizing high-value accounts and opportunities. Efficient scheduling and follow-up. CRM & data management Proficiency with tools like Salesforce (SFDC). Tracking pipeline and forecasting accurately. Presentation skills Delivering compelling demos and proposals. Using visuals and storytelling to influence decisions. Resilience & adaptability Handling rejection and staying motivated. Adapting to market changes and new technologies. Experience: Bachelor's degree preferably 3-5 years experience selling in the Wireless Industry Experienced selling through distribution and direct sales. Working remote Proficient with Microsoft applications
