divh2Account Manager Associate/h2pAccount Manager Associates will establish, enhance, and manage new business accounts and maintain existing business at assigned strategic accounts for NMB Technologies Corporation. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between the customers and various MinebeaMitsumi Business Units (BU), representing the companys various automotive products. Responsibilities include developing sales pricing strategies for components, subassemblies, and finished products while ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives./ph3Job Duties and Responsibilities/h3ulliProactively develop and manage relationships with customers./liliIdentify business opportunities and customer needs to enhance customer relationships./liliAssist in the account strategy and negotiations./liliWork with product teams to achieve the targeted profit margins./liliMaintain quotation database systems and work closely with BU side accounting, purchasing, and engineering to maintain pricing information./liliReview customers drawings and analyze the B.O.M. and specifications with the Design and Cost Group to develop the Sales Quotation for the customer./liliData entry, working with spreadsheets, preparing presentations, developing
tracking schedules, and fielding questions from the customer, MAS N.A. plants, BUs and NMBTC./liliDevelop material for the cost evaluation meetings and work with the Cost Group to report this data during the MP Evaluation meetings with upper management./liliForecast customer usage and prepare business plans./liliPlan, schedule, and execute time management./liliTimely communication to and from customers to NMB. Reporting new business development, account activity./liliPerform other duties as related to the job function as required./li/ulh3Job Qualification Requirements/Competencies/h3ulliBachelor of Science in Business, Mathematics or Engineering Technology
Management./lili0 to 3 years of experience in Automotive/OEM sales or a related field./liliDemonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving abilities./liliComputer skills required: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint./liliExcellent verbal and communication skills./li/ulpThis position requires direct interaction with customers; therefore, the associate is expected to consistently maintain a professional demeanor and uphold a polished, professional image./ph3Physical Requirements/h3pA normal amount of sitting and standing, average mobility to move around an office, and ability to conduct a normal amount of work on a computer./ph3Salary/h3pAt NMB, the pay band for this role is between $70,067.00 and $105,101.00 annually, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base pay is a part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range of the pay band process.
