Suite Sales Manager, Stadium Of The Future
The Jacksonville Jaguars, through Quantum Sports + Entertainment, are seeking highly motivated and dedicated sales candidates to work within the high energy environment of an NFL Ticket Sales Office. The Suite Sales Manager, Stadium of the Future, is responsible for generating new season tickets and premium ticket sales for the Jaguars Stadium of the Future. It is the Suite Sales Manager, Stadium of the Future responsibility to deliver enhanced fan experience by building a strong relationship and providing excellent customer service through customized communication and tailored benefits to match the needs of each customer. In 2024, the Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville announced plans to move forward with a reimagined Stadium of the Future, securing Jaguars football in Jacksonville for generations to come, plus a continuation of annual traditions of the Florida-Georgia Football Classic and TaxSlayer Gator Bowl while also opening opportunities for future Super Bowls, Final Four tournaments, college football playoffs, marquee concerts and more. Using research derived from Jaguars fans, stadium guests and a comprehensive assessment of the facility's structure, the Stadium of the Future will be a world-class venue for a world-class city that showcases a facility that is environmentally friendly, cost effective and presents state-of-the-art innovation. The Stadium of the Future features a protective canopy, wider concourses, new communal spaces, scenic lookout decks, immersive in-bowl technology, new seating types and a public Floridian nature park. The renovation commenced in February 2025 and will be ongoing throughout the next few years as the Stadium of the Future anticipates its grand opening in August 2028 bringing Jacksonville and its residents a stadium they deserve. Job responsibilities include: Starting in 2026, take on selling premium hospitality products for the upcoming Stadium of the Future scheduled to open in 2028. Focus heavily on setting appointments and conducting in-person sales presentations to drive revenue and close deals. Work with current premium season tickets members to ensure a smooth transition to the Stadium of the Future. Maintain detailed records of all clients and prospect interactions using CRM and Archtics ticketing systems. Work assigned sales, promotional and team events during games and outside normal business hours. Assist in the daily operations of the Ticket Sales department, contributing to overall team success. Exceed individual and department goals. Exhibit strong personal and professional communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Job requirements include: 4-year degree from an accredited college or university 5+ years of premium and suite sales and service experience Proven track record of closing six figure multiyear deals Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong work ethic and drive to excel Strong time management and organizational skills Knowledge and passion for sales Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability to work non-standard hours, including some nights and weekends Excellent interpersonal and team building skills at all organizational levels Preferred qualifications include: New stadium or large scale renovation experience Ability to present in small or large group settings alike Demonstrated phone sales and cold calling skills Ability to self-motivate Enthusiastic, and creative thinker Experience in Archtics and Microsoft CRM database software Previous sports sales industry experience a plus The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League's AFC South Division.
