We're hiring an Account Executive, Advertising, on behalf of a fast-growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across the Southwest. This person will manage an assigned territory, selling integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms. You'll join a collaborative team and help local businesses grow through tailored marketing solutions. Account Executive, Advertising Benefits: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission Company-sponsored health insurance (medical, dental, vision) Paid vacation and holidays 401(k) retirement plan Supportive leadership and collaborative culture Assigned, established sales territory Account Executive, Advertising Requirements and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions Comfortable working PT or MT hours Must-haves: Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts At Goodwin Recruiting, we are committed to our core values and providing world class customer service.
