Account Executive, Advertising,
on behalf of a fast-growing, trusted local media company with a strong presence across the Southwest. This person will manage an assigned territory in
Tucson, AZ , selling integrated advertising campaigns across print and digital platforms. You'll join a collaborative team and help local businesses grow through tailored marketing solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in print or digital media advertising sales
Proven ability to sell to small and medium-sized businesses
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable being coached and applying feedback to grow professionally
Ability to quickly build rapport and communicate the value of marketing solutions
Must-haves
Manage and grow a defined book of business within a local sales territory
Sell multimedia advertising solutions (print + digital) tailored to client needs
Leverage a robust digital sales platform and CRM system
Build long-term relationships with clients and deliver consistent value
Collaborate with internal production teams to execute client campaigns
Identify and act on new revenue opportunities within existing and new accounts
IN OFFICE ROLE: Candidates must be familiar with the Tucson market and able to commute daily. This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.
