Rental Sales Coordinator

divh2Rental Coordinator/h2pCleveland Brothers Equipment Co., Inc., your local Caterpillar dealership, is looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our growing team of established and successful rental professionals./ppPosition Summary:/pulliAnswer incoming rental and sales related calls; maintain call log./liliQualify customers needs with rental equipment availability./liliAssist in educating customers on equipment specifications, safety concerns and proper use of the equipment./liliInitiate and maintain rental contracts accurately and timely./liliAcquire required information needed for credit department to approve payment terms./liliProcess CAT Access and credit card payments./liliCoordinate with service departments at all locations to arrange rental ready status of the fleet./liliCommunicate with transportation department for rental deliveries and call offs./liliObtain proof of required insurance from customers insurance company./liliAssist other Rental Coordinators and Salesman maximizing the utilization of rental inventory within the entire company./liliOther duties as assigned by Supervisor./li/ulpSkills / Knowledge / Qualifications:/pulliMust be organized and detail oriented with the competence to effectively handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines./liliKnowledge of equipment product lines./liliGood problem solving and communication skills./liliHigh level of flexibility, cooperation and teamwork with all departments and locations./liliKnowledge of current company policies and procedures./liliBasic keyboard
