People who go beyond just fixing to identify root causes, evaluate optimal solutions, and recommend comprehensive upgrades to prevent future issues./ppAs an Endoscopy Sales Associate, most of your time is spent in cases as well as troubleshooting in hospital Operating Rooms. You will work closely with the Endoscopy Sales Representative to maintain and grow business./ppResponsibilities and duties include:/pulliAssists Sales Representatives in the marketing, promotion and sales of Stryker products./liliEducates and informs doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products, product functionality and updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs./liliFollowing extensive product training, the employee must be able to tailor Strykers promotional message based upon knowledge of the customer, advise on appropriate product selection, answer customer questions about product functionality and distinguish Stryker products from those of Strykers competitors./liliDirects product evaluations in OR and office settings./liliMay assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings./liliKeeps regional manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis./liliSolves product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion./liliManaging and maintaining a sample inventory of products./liliMust understand and adhere to all OR and pertinent OSHA guidelines when conducting a product evaluation./li/ulpExperience/skills required include:/pulli0-2 years in an outside sales position (medical related fields is preferable)./liliB.A. or B.S. degree required./li/ulpWhat we offer:/ppA culture driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results.
