divh2Materials Management Specialist I/h2pThe Materials Management Specialist I is responsible for supporting receiving, ordering, shipping, general warehousing, and internal distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and non-GMP materials in support of company operations./ppResponsibilities:/pulliSupport the accurate receipt, picking and issuing of material in support of manufacturing, quality, and operational needs/liliAssist in the inspection, segregation, and labeling of incoming materials and ensure accurate inventory level to support manufacturing requirements/liliPerform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment, documentation, closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system/liliPerform general warehouse duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc./liliComply with safe handling and storage requirements, cGMP/ISO, local

corporate policies, and environmental/other related regulations/liliEnsure proper function of equipment used to support warehousing operation./liliPerform and document routine and prior to use inspection and maintenance activities/liliAssist in performing cycle counting and inventory audits./liliAll other duties as required./li/ulpWorking hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM/ppSkills:/pulliExperience in a cGMP manufacturing environment./liliPSA forklift license./li/ulpEducation:/ppHigh School/ppExperience: 4-7 years/ppQualifications:/pulliGood communication skills/liliStrong organizational skills/liliDetail oriented and accurate/liliAbility to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision/liliKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)/li/ul/div
