Tool Crib Coordinator
WSCP Twinsburg is excited to add a Tool Crib Coordinator to our growing Maintenance team! As we've expanded operations and consolidated into a single building, this new position will help bring organization and structure to our tool and parts inventory. In this role, you'll collaborate with the crew to design and implement a system for organizing tools, parts, and materials; maintain accurate inventory levels; and ensure clear communication with both the team and vendors. You'll help the team stay ahead by ensuring the right parts are ready when needed, and support project execution by procuring materials, staging tools, tracking items, and updating documentation. Responsibilities Organize, label, and maintain tools & parts inventory to ensure materials are easy to find and restock Monitor MRO inventory levels and usage Obtain and procure parts and materials as needed, coordinating with Purchasing Issue and receive tools, PPE, and parts for the maintenance team Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records in Oracle and L2L Maintain storage for critical spares and common-use materials Serve as the point of contact for tool crib and vendor-related needs Support the Maintenance Manager by gathering quotes, ordering materials, and tracking deliveries Stage tools and parts ahead of planned work or projects Assist with documentation in L2L and help prioritize needs based on project timelines Desired Experience Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills to professionally interact with both internal and external stakeholders Mechanical aptitude and ability to identify industrial tools and parts Experience in mechanical schematics, a plus Proficiency in Oracle, Excel, and L2L (or similar CMMS platforms) Familiarity with AI or automation tools to improve inventory, cost control, or workflow efficiency Experience with tool crib, inventory management, or maintenance support preferred Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, reactive environment Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and safety training compliance Able to work scheduled hours - 6am to 2pm, M-F Hesitant to apply because you may not meet every specific requirement?
