divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pServe as a primary point of contact for customers, distributors, and internal sales teams regarding production choke products, parts, and service inquiries./ppGenerate accurate quotations and technical proposals in accordance with customer specifications, industry standards, and NOV guidelines./ppWork closely with engineering, applications, manufacturing, and field service teams to provide timely information and ensure customer requirements are met./ppSupport the outside sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and following up on quotes to drive sales conversions./ppMaintain and update customer and sales data./ppCoordinate order processing, pricing, delivery schedules, and post-sale support to ensure a seamless customer experience./ppProvide product knowledge and technical assistance to customers./ppIdentify potential opportunities to expand NOVs footprint with existing customers and in emerging markets with additional product lines./ppMust have the ability to drive forklifts to transport stored items from warehouse to production areas or to pick up items for daily shipments both safely and in a timely manner./ppMust have physical ability to lift or move up to 50lbs./ppAll other duties as assigned./ppEducation

Experience Qualifications:/ppBachelors degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent industry experience)./ppMinimum 2 years of inside sales, customer service, or technical support experience in industrial equipmentpreferably Oil

Gas related Equipment./ppExperienced in inventory control, shipping/receiving, forklift operation, pulling order and sales orders, shipping

receiving./ppExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills./ppProficiency in Oracle or other ERP systems

software is a huge plus./ppAbility to interpret technical drawings, and specifications is an asset./ppStrong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./ppGeneral knowledge of oil

gas
