Outside Sales Representative (B2B) Hourly ($18/HR) + Commission (Transition to 100% Commission) Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
A growing local business is seeking a motivated
Outside Sales Representative
to build relationships and grow accounts in the surrounding area. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
cold calling, face-to-face sales, and being out in the field
rather than behind a desk.
What You'll Do
Conduct
cold calls and in-person sales visits
to local businesses
Drive to customer locations throughout the area to promote and sell products
Build relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Maintain notes, follow-ups, and sales activity tracking
Compensation & Schedule
Hourly pay plus commission
to start
Role transitions to
100% commission
once hired onto the company payroll
Mileage reimbursement
for use of your personal vehicle
Laptop may be provided in the future
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of sales experience
(inside, outside, B2B, or similar)
Comfortable with
cold calling and in-person selling
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred (Not Required)
Plumbing industry experience
Knowledge of
plumbing parts, supplies, or related products
