What You'll Do:
Assist customers during the sales and purchasing process using ERP software Maintain a professional, service-oriented sales demeanor Track and fulfill sales orders by picking product, preparing documentation, and making follow-up calls Build and maintain strong customer relationships Stay up to date on product knowledge and submit product stock requests
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or equivalent Minimum of 1 year experience in the electrical industry and/or knowledge of electrical products Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Basic computer and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the warehouse (with or without accommodation) Willingness to complete required industry training within the designated timeframe
Compensation & Benefits:
$20-$22 per hour
