As a Territory Sales Executive, you are responsible for selling CVS Specialty pharmacy services to key targeted specialty physicians offices, medical clinics, hospitals, and academic institutions. In this role, you will support the Oncology, IVIg, Autoimmune, Pulmonary Hypertension, IPF, Alpha 1, and HAE disease states. This position will be the primary contact for respective providers within the assigned territory. Specialty Pharmacy is our fastest growing business segment making this an excellent opportunity to get on board with CVS Health. You will work independently to promote and sell our comprehensive range of services and solutions, supporting the dispensing of complex, high-cost medications for rare or chronic conditions to healthcare providers, clinics, and other key stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing sales strategies, educating healthcare professionals, managing a territory, resolving customer issues and building strong relationships with key accounts/contacts and internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure proper medication management for specialty patients. Your success is measured through percent to sales goal metrics, internal and external client satisfaction and other key performance metrics. As a seasoned healthcare sales professional, you have the opportunity to use your personal influence with providers to grow specialty referral and prescription business. Candidates should be flexible for travel up to 50% as this is a road warrior position with significant windshield time.
