When intelligence is trusted, innovation never stops./ppSummary:/ppThe Key Account Executive at SiliconExpert will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the assigned industry and/or electronics industry, and the ability to deliver tailored SaaS and data centric solutions to clients./ppWhat You Will Be Doing:/pulliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with our largest and most strategic accounts, including senior level stakeholders./liliIdentify, qualify, and close strategic sales opportunities across your assigned accounts to drive global expansion and grow net revenue retention./liliCollaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery./liliCollaborate with partners to help uncover, position, and sell complex solutions which solve end to end workflows./liliMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth./liliUnderstand and represent the voice of the customer to help shape product roadmap, and new strategic offerings./liliPrepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients and senior stakeholders both remotely and on-site./liliMeet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall business objectives of SiliconExpert./li/ulpWhat We Are Looking For:/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus./lili5-8 Years of SaaS sales experience; experience managing/selling into large/strategic customers a must./liliExperience/understanding of electrical components as they relate to one or more of the following industries is a major advantage: medical devices/healthcare, automotive/transportation, industrial manufacturing, semi-conductors, or contract manufacturing./liliExperience selling data/AI solutions a major plus./liliExperience closing 6 and/or 7 figure deal sizes (annualized) a must./liliExperience with MEDDIC or other sales methodology for selling into large, complex accounts./liliProven experience selling complex solutions which include cross-functional alignment, and VP level or above signatory./liliStrong negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills./liliNaturally curious, emotionally intelligent, and willing to learn./liliAbility to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions./liliProficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot) and Microsoft Office Suite./liliWillingness to travel as required; this position is a 60/40 split./li/ulpWork Arrangement:/ppFully Remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership./ppWhats In It For You:/ppAt Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
