Showroom Associate
Vivrelle is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Showroom Associate to support our luxury member experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for members during their showroom visits, ensuring they receive exceptional service in a premium and welcoming environment. You'll assist with showroom upkeep, product handling, member appointments, and day-to-day operational tasks across order processing and returns. Day To Day Responsibilities Are
Greet and assist members during showroom appointments, providing a friendly and premium in-person experience. Maintain showroom organization and cleanliness to create an inviting and luxury environment. Prepare beverages and amenities for members to ensure a comfortable visit. Conduct regular product and showroom checks to ensure items are properly displayed and in excellent condition. Assist with processing member orders, swaps, and returns accurately and efficiently. Support product cleaning and basic quality control checks before items are handed to members. Communicate with members via email and/or messaging platforms to provide order updates, appointment confirmations, and basic support. Assist with preparing for virtual and in-person appointments, ensuring products are staged and ready. Provide basic product and brand knowledge to help members make informed selections (training provided). Collaborate with showroom and operations teams to maintain smooth daily workflow. Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience strongly preferred. 02 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field (luxury or fashion experience a plus). Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm and professional demeanor. Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ever-changing environment. Interest in designer handbags, accessories, or luxury fashion Tech-savvy and comfortable using basic software, email, and communication tools. Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
willing to jump in wherever needed. $52,000 - $55,000 a year This role is in office, 5 days a week. Our showroom hours are 9:30am-6pm EST Monday - Friday.
