We need your talent and expertise./ppWe are seeking a Commercial Insurance Sales Account Manager to support Eli Zimmer in delivering exceptional service to clients. This role involves assisting with client communications, preparing quotes, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a sales-minded mindset with a competitive nature and preferably a deep understanding of commercial insurance products and the Applied Epic Management System./ppThis is a predominantly internal position but can be client-facing at times due to the need for potential customer interaction. This detail-oriented position also includes coordinating renewals and interfacing with members of the commercial lines service team to ensure seamless service delivery./ppstrongKey Responsibilities:/strong/pulliProvide direct administrative and operational support to Eli Zimmer./liliAssist in preparing and coordinating the processing of insurance quotes, proposals, and applications./liliMaintain accurate client records and documentation in Applied Epic and updating Salesforce./liliCommunicate with clients (as directed) to gather necessary information and provide updates on policy status./liliCoordinate with underwriters and carriers to ensure timely processing of applications, endorsements, and renewals./liliManage renewal timelines and support the completion of Cross-commercial checklists./liliInterface with the commercial lines service team to ensure alignment and continuity in client service./liliHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and preparing reports./liliEnsure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies./liliProvide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly and professionally./liliPrepare Surplus lines/Binding Documents for signature/liliAssist with managing Eli Zimmers Email inbox./liliBecome a marketing resource by developing an understanding of carrier markets./li/ulpstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliPrior experience in commercial insurance preferred. Comfort with personal lines would be a benefit but not required./liliStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities./liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Applied Epic./liliAbility to work independently while maintaining close alignment with Eli Zimmers workflow and priorities./liliA proactive, service-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence./liliAbility to develop an understanding of carrier appetite over time./liliThis position will require a minimum of 3-4 days in office./li/ulpstrongPosition Type:/strong/ppThis position is meant to be hybrid. However, a candidate should expect to be in office fully to start with Eli Zimmer (as his schedule permits) and until acclimated to our systems and processes. Long term the candidates schedule will depend on Elis Schedule, but expect 3 days in, 2 days out./ppCompensation: The base salary range for this role is $70,000$90,000 annually. Actual compensation will be based on factors including location, skills, experience, and internal equity.
