divh2Commercial Lines Account Manager/h2pWe are seeking a seasoned Commercial Lines Account Manager to partner closely with Producers and support the ongoing management, retention, and expansion of an established commercial insurance portfolio. This role plays a key part in delivering exceptional client service, strengthening relationships, and supporting new business initiatives. The position is full-time and offers flexibility for hybrid or in-office work./ppKey Responsibilities/polliServe as a technical and service resource for Producers, clients, and internal teams on day-to-day policy matters./liliManage renewal workflows in alignment with agency processes, coordinating closely with Producers and carriers./liliAssist with the preparation and submission of new business and renewal applications./liliDevelop and deliver insurance summaries, proposals, and coverage schedules for clients and prospects./liliIssue and review binders, policies, certificates, and evidence of insurance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation./liliEvaluate certificate and evidence requests to confirm alignment with contractual obligations and policy terms./liliCoordinate policy endorsements and changes with clients, Producers, and carriers; review for accuracy and process related billing./liliReview carrier audits and work with carriers and clients to resolve discrepancies when identified./liliRespond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence./liliOversee billing, collections, and policy cancellations in accordance with agency guidelines./liliMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the agency management system./liliParticipate in client and prospect meetings alongside Producers when appropriate./liliContribute to additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve./li/olpQualifications

Experience/polliMinimum of five years experience in a client-facing commercial insurance role managing a book of business./liliActive Property

Casualty insurance license required./liliSolid understanding of commercial insurance products, carrier markets, and underwriting practices./liliComfortable working with agency management systems; experience with Applied EPIC or similar platforms is a plus./liliBachelors degree preferred./liliHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment./liliDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders./liliCommitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry developments, regulations, and coverage trends./liliStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to support Producers and contribute to overall agency success./li/olpJob ID: 169477/ppJerome Ouvier/p/div
