YESCO Sign & Lighting - Sugar Land is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development and account management efforts, focusing on Sign Repair and Lighting Services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to analyze market trends, and a passion for building lasting client relationships. You will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective leadership and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze performance metrics. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management. Requirements Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in technology sales. Proficiency in CRM software is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a track record of successful negotiations. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
