Job Description: We are looking for a friendly, reliable Deli Clerk to join our meat market team. This role focuses on customer service, deli operations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with orders
Slice meats and cheeses and prepare deli items
Package, label, and stock products
Operate deli equipment safely
Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards
Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
Ability to work weekends (required)
Dependable and punctual
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
Previous deli or food service experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
