Youll be part of a team of AEs selling Clios category-defining AI and legal technology solutions to the most prestigious law firms and corporate legal departments in the countrydriving change in an industry thats ready for transformation. As an enterprise account executive, youll have the opportunity to shape the companys growth and elevate execution./ph2Who You Are/h2pYou are a proven account executive who thrives in complex, consultative enterprise environments. You know what it takes to navigate the legal market and command the room with senior partners, general counsel, and C-level executives. You bring a track record of success selling into AmLaw 150 firms and a deep understanding of what it takes to shape and close large, multi-stakeholder deals./ph2What Youll Work On/h2pOwn a named account list and drive the full sales cyclefrom prospecting and qualification to contract close./ppLead product demos and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes./ppBuild strong, lasting relationships with legal buyersfrom innovation leads to practice heads to C-suite decision-makers./ppWork cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to shape messaging and support success./ppHelp evolve our sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies./ppRepresent Clio at industry events and conferences, building thought leadership and visibility across the market./ppBring client feedback directly to the product team to help guide roadmap priorities./ph2What You May Have/h2pA proven track record of exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legaltech./ppConsultative selling skillsyou ask smart questions, read the room, and translate product features into customer impact./ppExperience running complex, multi-threaded deals with stakeholders across functions and seniority levels./ppHigh proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics./ppWillingness to travel to client meetings and events as needed./ppStrong business acumen and ability to align sales motions with company strategy./ppExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills./ppAbility to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels./ppHighly organized with strong project management skills./ppPassion for fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture./ppAt least 6-10 years of experience./ppWhat you will find here:/ppCompensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. The expected new hire commission range for this role is $129,400 to $161,800 to $194,200 USD. The opportunity to earn commissions beyond the stated amounts are possible as commission earnings are uncapped./pp*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time.
