Bilingual Sales Development Representative
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our client's growing team in beautiful Carlsbad, California. This role is ideal for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and working in a fast-paced sales environment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required to effectively engage with a diverse client base. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers through inbound and outbound outreach Use bilingual skills in English and Spanish to engage, qualify, and build relationships with a diverse customer base Conduct high-volume phone calls, emails, and digital outreach to identify and generate new sales opportunities Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all activities and communications Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and outreach strategies Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline goals Follow established sales processes and contribute ideas to improve efficiency and conversion rates Provide a professional and positive experience to all prospects throughout the sales cycle Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred 13 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Position Details: Onsite work schedule Direct hire role Compensation: $21.16 per hour with commission potential exceeding $20,000 annually Located in Carlsbad, CA Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm PST If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply now
