This person will play a foundational role in converting inbound provider leads and warming up new markets outside of our core field teams reach. As thousands of providers express interest in working with Nourish, we need a systems-driven seller who can identify the highest-opportunity leads and build scalable processes to engage them efficiently./ppThis person will report into Craig Thompson (Head of Sales) and work closely with our Strategy

The goal is to build scalable systems that convert high-potential providers into loyal referral sources./ppThis role is full-time and open to NYC-based or remote candidates./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliStand up and lead our first-ever inside sales motion/liliPrioritize high-intent inbound leads and design systems to qualify at scale/liliLeverage automation (e.g., email tools, HeyGen, scheduling workflows) to focus your time on the right providers/liliTest communication tactics and funnel design to improve conversion rates/liliPartner with RevOps to build smart routing logic and reporting infrastructure/liliWork cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to improve the end-to-end provider experience/liliShare learnings with leadership and help define how this function scales (e.g., SMB vs. MM vs. Enterprise segmentation)/li/ulh3Wed Love To Hear From You If:/h3ulliYou have 5-8 years of inside sales experience, ideally in health-tech or B2B SaaS/liliYouve consistently exceeded quota in a high-volume, provider-facing environment/liliYoure systems-oriented and have built tools or workflows to scale yourself/liliYou thrive in ambiguity and are excited to build a motion from scratch/liliYoure comfortable with automation tools and creative outreach (e.g., video, sequenced emails)/liliYoure genuinely excited about Nourishs mission and the impact were making in healthcare/li/ulpPlease note that you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for this position./p/div
