Location: Home Office, DE Contract Type: Regular Full-Time Area: Sales/Sales Operations Responsibility Area: Responsible for the promotion and sale of Grifols plasma products and related services or diagnostic programs to clinics and doctors in the assigned area Profit maximization through increased acceptance of our products and service programs Building a network of potential customers Establishing long-term customer relationships Conducting events and training for customers (doctors & medical staff) Representing Grifols at regional and national conferences Continuous reporting and documentation of data into the predefined sales promotion systems Continuous market analysis and observation of competitor activities Communicating market information and competitor activities to direct supervisors and relevant departments (e.g., marketing, medicine, etc.) Requirements Profile: Completed scientific study or qualification as a pharmaceutical representative ( 75 AMG) Scientific background Experience as an outside sales representative (minimum 3 years) Very good IT skills with the independent use of Outlook & Microsoft Office programs, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience in handling CRM systems Effective communication skills in speech and writing Presentation skills in front of individuals and groups Good English language skills
